How long does it take to receive my gift?

Personalised gifts take around 3 to 4 weeks from the time you place your order to final delivery. You may opt for express order if you want to receive it much earlier. Just contact us before placing your order.

For quicker options, generic gifts like our bloom boxes are available with next-working-day flower box delivery in Singapore.

Can I combine many pictures into 1 drawing? Or change the posture and positions and clothing of the people in the pictures?

Yes, you definitely can! Just contact us and we will advise you accordingly. You can even suggest any variations in the pictures if you like.

Do you draw background or pets?

Yes, we draw anything—people, animals, buildings. You name it, we draw it. Additional fees apply.

Do I get a draft of the drawing? Can I request for edits?

Yes, a draft will be sent to you and upon approval, be sent for printing on the gifts. You may request for up to 2 rounds of minor edits. Additional charges may apply for further rounds of revision.

Can I change the delivery details after placing an order?

Yes, you may change the delivery details as long as the gift has not been shipped. Kindly contact us.

I received a defective gift. What should I do?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please let us know within 3 working days with photos and your order details. Once verified, we will be happy to provide a replacement. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds.
